The art of Well-Designed Living revolves around three key components:
1. Health
2. Happiness
3. Home
(with a large helping of sass & class...)
Exciting news! I'm now in the process of writing my second book chronicling the highs (and the inevitable lows) of planning my wedding (working title The Champagne Season). Be sure to check out my blog to read about my lifestyle adventures and book updates.

My other titles? I recently published a book entitled Well-Designed Living - a guide to designing the home & defining the self. About a two years back, I was struck with a thought: how can anyone design a living environment that reflects who they are when they're struggling with their current lifestyle and don't feel good about themselves? Homes are meant to be sanctuaries that reflect our passions, desires, style and personality; so how can you create a successful interior design when you're not comfortable with your current reality?
For years, I've had an interest in nutrition, fitness and all aspects of well-living. So, it was a natural progression for me to combine two of my great passions: interior design and wellness. This book is meant to empower people, especially women, to not let another day go by wasted. Carpe diem, ladies.
P.S. My book, Well-Designed Living, is now available on Kindle!!!
Check out my lifestyle maven blog for stories, ideas and tidbits about building a life with sass & class. It covers my lifestyle adventures and delves into the nitty gritty of well-living.
