We’ll be using Zoom Meeting to connect during the Round Table event. Be sure to download the latest version to your device before the event begins.

How to Get the MOST out of the Round Table

  • Clear your schedule for the ENTIRE DAY on November 10, 2022

  • Treat this time as if you were going to be away on retreat and act accordingly

  • Get a good night’s sleep before + after the event

  • Have nourishing snacks and beverages handy 

  • Depending on your session time, prepare any meals in advance

  • Wear comfortable clothing 

  • Light a candle or use an essential oil diffuser to create a relaxing environment

  • Straighten up your work area

  • Eliminate distractions (silence your phone, closer browser tabs, shut the door, etc.)

  • Let other people in your home know your schedule + what you need from them

  • Set yourself up in a quiet, comfortable spot

  • Sit near a window for fresh air + sunshine if possible

  • Stretch and move your body when needed 

  • Arrive on Zoom 10 minutes early (just in case!)

  • Have your fillable workbook handy (this will be available on this page 3 days prior)
