I started as a yoga teacher.

I taught meditation. I held space. I watched women walk in carrying everything — the week, the noise, the weight of all of it — and walk out softer. Clearer. More like themselves.

Then I pivoted into business coaching. Built it to half a million dollars a year, $2.5M in total revenue. Got really good at teaching women how to sell, how to launch, how to grow.

And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I lost the thread.
