Terms of Service for Business Clarity Accelerator Self-STudy

General:

You only get out of self-study programs what you put into them. 

Cailen's Business Clarity Accelerator self-study program provides a comprehensive overview of what it takes to establish & grow a fun, fulfilling and sustainable business based upon her signature coaching processes. But, as with anything, you have to put in the time and do the work to get the results you desire.

In order to get the most out of this self-study program, it is essential that you listen to all recorded teachings, implement Cailen's advice, complete all actions sheets, make use of all resources and templates, listen back to the group Q&A archived calls and watch/read any supplemental materials suggested by Cailen.

What It Isn’t:

No program is a “magic bullet” that will instantly deliver success. Business building is a LONG TERM commitment, and while the foundation you lay and the practices you’ll establish during this program will prove invaluable, they will (most likely) not result in immediate business stardom.

Investment:

In order to enroll in this self-study program, you made a monetary investment in exchange for access to Cailen’s expertise. If you are dissatisfied with this program in any way, please bring it to Cailen’s attention as soon as possible, and she will work with you to ensure that you get the most out of it as you can.

Payment Plan:

[Only applies to coaching clients on a payment plan.] If you were not able to or decided not to pay-in-full, Cailen offers a payment plan. Upon enrollment, you’ve entered into a contract and agree to pay the balance in installments over the agreed upon time period, even if it extends beyond the duration of your time working through program materials. Failure to do so will result in legal action and immediate discontinuation of access to the program and possible legal action.

Refund Policy:

There are no refunds for downloadable info-products since you have immediate access to all materials.

Time Frame & Schedule:

The Business Clarity Accelerator self-study program is consists of 6 lessons which can comfortably be accomplished in 6 weeks time. That said, when you enroll, you gain lifetime access to the program so you can work through it at your own pace.
